Grateful Patient Program

If you or a loved one has ever been a patient and received exceptional care at SGMC, you won’t forget it. The compassion, skill and dedication that doctors, nurses, technicians or volunteers show every day sets them apart as very remarkable people.

Our patients and their families often tell us it is difficult to express the gratitude they feel for the caregivers who relieved their pain by listening to their needs, making them more comfortable or saving their lives.

Our Grateful Patient Program provides a way for you to say thank you to a caregiver who made a difference in your life. By honoring a caregiver who made an impact on your life, you are sharing your story and gratefulness with others! Gifts received through this program provide essential resources for a healthier community.

When a gift is made, the person you are honoring will be sent a letter expressing your thanks. The gift amount will be kept confidential, but the kind words received will be held onto for years.

Please share your story with Hilary Willis, Director of Annual Giving at hilary.willis@sgmc.org or 229-433-1076.
